Exchanges and Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with a proof of purchase. Additionally it must not be labeled Final Sale.
To start a return or exchange, login into your account here by entering the email address that you used for the order.
Navigate to the order area and choose the order/item you want to return.
Exchanges:
In Return Reason, select a Sizing or Color reason and then in the notes, write the size or color of the item you want instead. Note: that we can not exchange for other products, just size or color of the original product.
Returns:
Select a return reason and then in the notes write, "return for refund."
Returns are processed in 1-2 business days and once we've approved, you will receive a return label to your email. Package up the item(s) in the original packaging if possible and drop the item off at a carrier drop point.
Returns or exchanges not sent back within 10 days of label generation are automatically canceled.
Final Sale / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards and items marked FINAL SALE.
Refund Payments
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
