When colors are chosen for a specific garment the process doesn't end, in fact that's only the beginning. The factory actually dyes a series of fabric swatches. We then scrutinize them under various lighting conditions to get a good sense of how they'll appear in different environments.
The design team selects the ideal version that matches with the other colors in the collection. The chosen swatches become reference colors for future production.
